		<description>Hey, just stumbled across this post and thought I&#039;d add some words of encouragement, if you still want to try to become an overland tour leader in future. 25 will come round quicker than you think; I was in the same boat a few years ago, when I seriously considered overlanding as a career and found out about the age limit. Now I&#039;m currently in my 3rd week of training with Dragoman. It&#039;s not a glamorous job but you seem to have realistic expectations about that, so you&#039;ll do fine. My one piece of advice would be to get some travel experience outside of Europe - that will increase your chances of being called for an interview hugely. I know the economy doesn&#039;t lend itself to travel at the moment, but I wish you the best of luck with whatever you do! Take care!</description>
